Cold Cutting Machine

Scie à disque à froid (lames HSS et TCT). Cet équipement de coupe permet de couper des tubes à une vitesse réglable jusqu'à 160 m/min et avec une précision de longueur de +-1,5 mm. Un système de contrôle automatique permet d'optimiser le positionnement de la lame en fonction du diamètre et de l'épaisseur du tube, en réglant la vitesse d'avance et de rotation des lames. Ce système optimise et augmente le nombre de coupes.

Cold commissioning will be performed before shipment

The cold cutting saw wastailored-made as per the thickness and diameter of tube and speed of tube mill.

Remote control function of cold cutting saw is provided ,the troubleshooting can be made by seller.

Beside the round tube ,square&rectangular profile ,the Oval tube L/T/Z profile,and other special shape tube can be cut by the cold cutting saw.
