Cold Cutting saw

Flying saw (It is also called flying cut off saw):This cutting equipment is able to cut tubes with speed set up to 160 m/min and the tube length accuracy up to +-1.5mm. An automatic control system allows to optimize blade positioning according to the tube diameter and thickness,setting the speed of feeding and rotation of the blades. This system is able to optimize and increase the number of cuts.

The general description of cold cutting saw

Function:To cut off the steel tubes into the required lengths online. the tube length accuracy up to ±1.5mm, the tube Min.length is 1 m can be cut .

The cold cutting saw is composed by

(1)Cutting System
•No. of blade: single blade.
•Diameter of blade: Φ350mm.
•Material of blade: TCT./HSS
•Cutting motor: AC variable frequency motor(SIEMENS) or Servo motor(YASKAWA) as option
(2)Feeding System
•Feeding motor: servo motor (brand: YASKAWA)
•Feeding model: servo motor + ball screw.
•Multi-stage speed feeding.
•The round tube can be cut from any angle, and the square and rectangular tube is cut at a certain angle.
(3)Clamping System
•3 or2 sets clamping jig are provided.
•The tube is clamped by hydraulic or pneumatic
•The clamping jigs are made of ductile iron that has good wear resistance that can prevent tube from scratching.
(4)Drive System
•Driving motor: servo motor
•A precise planetary reducer is provided with large transmission torque, low noise, high efficiency and free of maintenance within 3 years.
•The HIWIN brand of linear guide rail is provided with heavy-duty slider, the whole guide rail is not spliced.
•The anti-collision is made of rubber block.
(5)Electrical Control System
•The cold cutting saw is controlled by Motion Controller(TRIO,UK)
•1 electrical cabinet and 1 console are provided .
•Electrical control cabinet is fitted with a warning light as a fault alarm.
•The parameters are shown on HMI ,The data of 6 groups tube information can be stored on HMI.
•Specified length of tube can be set .
•Interlocking protection interface with console of HF welder is reserved.
•Automatic and manual function are available.
•The system is stable and reliable, with complete protection and security functions.
•All the States and values of the equipment operation are displayed on the screen.
•Maintenance-free (except for normal lubrication and cleaning of each shift).
(6)Automatic Lubrication System
•Saw blade is fitted with automatic emulsifier lubrication cooling device.
•The guide rail and slider are greased by an automatic lubrication pump.
