The material CR coils、HR coils、silicon steel、S.S steel、Color steel、AL、PPGl can be processed by the slitting line. This way, the strip steel will be further processed

UNCOILER

Capacity is from 10ton to 25 Ton.the steel coil with diameter 508mm/610mm/760mm can be loaded,
Single mandrel type and double mandrel type are available at option.
The mandrel is expanded and collapsed by hydraulic,Traversing type is available at option,
The mandrel is driven automatically by DC motor or AC inverter motor.

PINCHING ROLLER AND LEVELING MACHINE

It has pinching roller to pull steel sheet from uncoiler, the leveling roller flatten the steel sheet, the backup rollers are provided; It helps to avoid work roll deflection in shape correcting feature 4HI 19-roller and 6HI 15-roller leveling machine are available at option

SIDE GUIDE DEVICE AND SLITTER

The side guide device press and guide the strip head for easy threading and travel of the strip further in to the line

Slitter arbor is 205mm diameter to 480mm diameter and the bearing are specially designed for accuracy.

It assures the highest accuracy and permits minimum burs

With expansion arbor. The eccentric rotation of cutter knives can be eliminated,so that high accurate slitting is assured for highest quality.

Interchangeable slitter head

Try-transfer system for automatic quick change of slitter head is available at option. Thank to rigid and precise of slitter, The slitting line is ready to slit the material to highest accuracy strips without any adjustment after changing the slitter head

2 type tension device can be provided, Once is conventional pad type,Another is roller type tension device .

Roller tension device is specially designed for the highest quality,Roller tension device can be used for re-coating material,stainless steel,copper and aluminum without any scratch .

RECOILER

The recoilers are available for the capacity 500KG to 25Ton.

Diameter of mandrel is 250mm to 610mm.

The full circle recoiling mandrels are available to avoids the reel marks
