How to remove the water outside the tube .

How to remove the water outside of the steel tube that manufacture by the tube mill. It is necessary to remove the outside water of the steel tube ,it can prevent the steel tube from rust.

As a manufacturer of tube mill machine  in China , we would like to recommend 2 options for the steel tube factory.

Option 1.  Block shape sponge .

2 block-shape sponges are fixated on the tube behind the Turkey head of tube mill machine , the water is removed by the sponges  when the steel tube is moving 

Option 2. Air blade The air blade can be installed on the exit of flying saw ,the water can be blown by the air blade with compressed air .

The round air blade , square air blade and rectangular air blade are available as per the tube shape .
